1. Where did the physical store go? Did you move the store somewhere?
The Magical Blend's physical storefront closed in June 2013. Currently, the online store is the only presence the Magical Blend has. At the moment, there are no plans to open a new storefront. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
2. Can I get a print mail order catalog?
We do not offer a print catalog at this time.
3. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated automatically by the shopping cart software. If you wish to pay by money order, simply go through the entire online process and once you are at the final check out page, the shipping amount will be calculated. Simply print out that page and include your money order.
4. Can I pay by cheque?
We do not currently accept cheques. We will occasionally take money orders, but your order will not ship out until your money order arrives. In order to pay by money order, please send an email to email@example.com.
5. Do you sell wholesale?
The Magical Blend manufactures and distributes several lines of esoteric products which we wholesale to the trade. If you have a retail store and are interested in carrying any of our products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Minimum order quantities apply.
6. Can you send me a spell / magical advice?
For magical advice, feel free to visit our blog; we have an advice column there which may have already addressed your issue. Otherwise, you may email us at email@example.com with the full details regarding your issue, and we will do our best to get back to you soon.
7. Why has my order been held for a few days?
In order to combat increasing credit card fraud on the Internet, we have instituted a policy wherein sudden large orders from new customers meeting certain criteria may be held for a few days in case they are flagged by a cardholder's bank as fraudulent. We are truly sorry for any delay this may cause legitimate transactions; we hope that our customers will understand the need for extra credit protection. Regular customers will never be subjected to this delay, as they have already been in our system for some time.
