I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your newletters. I live in a fairly closed-minded community in Southern California. We don't have any shops or companies that offer the information and workshops you give to your customers. I really appreciate the updates on holidays, knowledge and products you email me!

I don't remember her name, but today (12th of July) around 2-3ish I went to your store for books and inquired to this lady about things I could do or use to help me sleep, since I suffer from chronic insomnia. (I tried everything from meditation to herbal teas, and even medication, music, etc, the works!) She was very kind and patient with me. She made me a push of herbs and powder and told me to use it along with amethyst to help me sleep. I got home and smelling it relieves my headache from being up for over 48 hours, and I feel much more tranquil. Tonight, I am sure this will help calm the turmoil in my head and dose me off to sleep. Thank you very much :) and I love your cats.

When I had my physical store-front Serenity, I was very impressed with your customer service... :) I wanted to deal with Canadian businesses as much as I could and it was always a pleasure dealing with The Magical Blend.

Wow, so happy to hear that The Magical Blend is coming on twenty. Every time I get your newsletter I smile because it was very nearly twenty years ago that I myself first crossed your threshold. I'm not sure where you are located now, but back then you were on the west end of St. Catherines. I remember timidly walking into this store that smelled of incense and candles and which immediately made me feel like I was home. Someone very friendly helped me find my first book about Wicca. Scott Cunningham, of course. Many years later (and half a continent away) I was thrilled to rediscover The Magical Blend online. I've enjoyed the old website and look forward to the new, improved version. Congratulations on twenty years of business and all the best to everyone who make your company a success. You do great things, keep up the good work!
